This is new to me, and I realize this is a silly question to "vets," but if you already have an existing reservation, you need to cancel the first and then re-book, correct?
Can you do this all in one phone call? Is there a great risk of losing your current rooms and having to go to a different resort?
You do NOT have to cancel. You are just going to call and modify your reservation. If you call on the first date that the discount becomes available, you may get an agent that is not familiar with the new discount, if that happens just ask to speak to someone else, or hang up and call back......however the phone lines will be BUSY that first day
