We arrived the Saturday before Labor Day last year and stayed for nine days. We did not go to a park on Saturday...that is our day of unpacking, going to Emeril's for dinner at City Walk and walking around Downtown Disney. We did go to the Magic Kingdom on Sunday and it was very busy...the busiest of all the days we were there. We were still able to do at least 1/2 if not more of the attractions (it was an extra magic evening). On Monday, Labor Day, we went for extra magic morning hours to Animal Kingdom and got a lot done (Expedition Everest three times, Kil. Safaris one time, Dinosaur three times, Primevil Whirl once and we walked through the Jungle as well and ate lunch at Flame Tree). We were back at our resort by 2:00 for a swim in the pool and rest and went to HS in the evening for dinner and rode a few attractions and went to Fantasmic. The rest of the week we waited a maximum of 10 minutes for most attractions (30 minutes for the mountains and 40 minutes for Soarin--although we also did fast passes for all of these too to be able to enjoy them more than once).
