Labor Day Wkd--who's going??

We were there last year for Labor Day weekend. Sunday was very busy, but by Monday, Labor Day, it was much calmer and we were able to do more. We'll be there this year Labor Day (September 1) through September 9.

We'll be arriving on Friday, August 29th, and leaving on Labor Day, September 1st. I'm wondering which parks will be the busiest on which days. Right now, my plan is to do one of the four major parks on Saturday and a water park on Sunday. Do you think MK will be really crowded on Saturday of that weekend? If so, we may need to switch to Sunday for a park. This is a surprise trip for son and daughter and we're letting them pick the park (one one park day and one water park day). Don't know where we'll end up!
