Labor Day Weekend/Half Marathon

So I just finished my first half marathon at Disney World and would love to go run the Disney Land half marathon but I'm worried about the crowds. How crowded will it be and how early do I need to make reservations? TIA

It's not terribly busy only busy on the 3 day weekend, otherwise it's quite calm during the week since most kids are in school.

I would get signed up for the race first and then look at the packages if you want to stay onsite. There may be specials offer for rooms then as well. We should hear about deals in late July.

We may only be there for the three day weekend. Are we talking summer crowded or Christmas crowded? We were there for 4 days in October and thought it was pretty busy.

Summer crowded. Nothing is like Christmas except Christmas.
