Labor Day weekend EMH at MK until 2am! What stays open?

This is our first trip to WDW over Labor Day weekend and we want to take advantage of the late EMH at MK on Sat or Sun. What rides stay open? Any late night M & G opportunities? Will any QS restaurants be open? Do many people stay until 2 am? I just hope we can!

We did EMH till 2am on our trip in March last year. From what I remember most of the rides are open but I can't comment on QS because we didn't eat when we went. No not many people do stay until 2am. We noticed on our trip in March after Wishes a good chunk of the people in the park would leave and then they would continue to trickle out until about 12 when the park was basically empty. My dd's rode Dumbo 4 times and Barnstormer at least 6 times without having to get off. We basically had Fantasyland to ourselves!

We went last Labor Day weekend and did late EMH at MK. I remember Splash Mountain being down during EMH. From what I understand Splash is always down during late EMH.
