Has anyone stayed there? How was it and how close to Disney?

We stayed there a couple of weeks ago. It was clean, quiet and about 2 miles to Disney.

The room comes with a fridge, large safe, paper delivered daily, coffeemaker and supplies.

I paid $19/nt via Priceline. Oh and they also have a free mini golf course and 3 pools.

poohgirl- was your bid $19 or was that your total? How many days did you stay there and were the rooms a good size? I wouldn't mind bidding if I thought I could get this hotel.

I also got La Quinta in February thru priceline for $22/night. Be aware that they charge a separate $3.50 resort fee when you get there (which includes the daily paper, coffee packs, safe, free local & 800 calls and transportation). It was only a 2* on priceline but it was definately a nice place to stay. Go to biddingfortravel.com and see what has been coming up for a 2* bid. That's what I did before I bid so I was pretty sure I would get the La Quinta.
My room was 2 double beds, small table and chairs, sink in a dressing area outside the bathroom. It was a good size room.

BonnieA- How long did you stay? There are 4 of us, I know they don't guarantee 2 beds on Priceline, did you have trouble with this?

I think they automatically give two beds and there was only 1 of me. They were as courteous to me as someone who had a regular reservation. I requested a quiet smoke free room on the second floor in the back. No problem, got exactly what I wanted, even picked out my own room from a diagram. I stayed for 6 nights.

I would love to get a great price on that hotel, it doesn't seem to be coming up right now. Our trip is 5/21-6/1.

We had a wonderful stay there from March 18-23. Rooms are decent sized, pools were always warm, mini golf on--site needs some updating but it was a good way to waste a half hour b4 or after dinner.
Resturants were good-breakfast buffet $5.95 and kids eat free! Pizza hut on site as well, for dinner when you eat in the kids eat free off of a special menu.
Good location, close to back road of Animal Kingdom, lots of resturants, shops in area, walgreens basically right on sight.
We only paid $49 a night with our AAA card, and had a poolside room, 2 double beds.
Check their website out:

The property looks exactley like the one shown in the video--not like some hotels that use the same hotel for all locations.
Good luck and enjoy your vacation.

I would love to get the great rate on Priceline, but I'm a little afraid I'll get a different hotel.
