La Nouba

Hi!
I just wondered if any of you fellow Dis-ers have gone to see the show La Nouba, and if so, is it worth it to go?! We will be going down to Disney
Sept 30- Oct 7. And since the parks do close a bit earlier we are looking for things to do besides PI every night that EMH arent. It is just my DH - 30 and myself 27. Thanks for your help

we have tickets to go when we get to Disney in August. (bought them w/out seeing the show) However, they actually broadcast the show on Bravo, in March I think. Anyway I taped it and watched it,,,,,,,it is excellent! I can't wait to see it live. Funny, Awe inspiring,,, great!.

I saw the show live with DH in March of 2004. We loved it! I don't know if our DD (6) and DS (3) would sit through the show though for our August trip. They watch it on BRAVO earlier this year and enjoyed it, however. Enjoy, it is worth it!

I went on our 2003 trip (by myself). I loved it! We are going in October and I got tickets for DD7 and I to go. I was sitting beside a very nice lady with her daughter who was about 7 or 8 then and both of them just loved it. I'm sure it isn't as good as some of the other Cirque's, but it was definitely worth it to me.

It is fabulous and really an experience. Just a note about tickets and seating. Get the seats in the middle instead of front row like everyone tries for. Front row is too close to the stage and a lot of activity happens on several levels. We were "front row" in the upper section and it was perfect.

I took my father to see it, not knowing how he would enjoy it. We came out and he said "That was great, let's go see it again tomorrow night". So we bought tickets and went again! It is great.

My husband and I saw it last January for the first time. We LOVED it! Definitely see it....worth every penny.

We have seen the show twice. The first time my DH had a fit over the price of the tickets. We went to the first show. When we came out he wanted to go and buy tickets for the second show. He loved it that much. We will be in WDW in two weeks and we have tickets for the show again. The show is amazing. There is so much going on. It is worth every penny it costs.

W saw it last November when we went... I loved it and I thought my dd8 (a brand new 8) loved it as much, but when we were back a couple of weeks ago she didn't have any interest in seeing it again Next time we go I think I'll let her know how much I want to see it because I think if she sees it again she'll remember how much she liked it the first time.
We'd gone to Arabian nights (everytime we've been down there) and I guess for any offsite shows she just has horses on her mind.

La Nouba is well worth the price of the tickets! As Tamickey said don't sit too low or you'll spend a lot of time looking up

The time we went you got 25% off of the catagory 2 or 3 seats with an AP. Last time I looked that was still the case.
The EE/FF row seats in section 204 and even 203 and 205 in Catagory 2 are great seats. It's not a very big place.

Enjoy it! I can't wait to see it again.

i have not been to the one at disney, but i go to the one in illinois when they come to town, i took my dtr when she was 5 and she liked it, we will all be going on our 06 trip, i think it is worth the cost

We went and we loved it. It is dificult to explain, but amazing and fun. Go for it!

We loved it every time. One time their was a proposal by an audience member - they had arranged it witht La Nouba and the clowns assisted and he used a microphone so we all heard it - fun! (She said, "yes!")

Make sure you get there early - there is some pre-show entertainment!
