As a (nearly) last minute thing, we are thinking about going to a show this august. Does anyone know if discounted tickets are ever offered for DVC members or Disney visa holders for this time of year?
Thanks!
According to the member website La Nouba discounts were in effect from 4/27 to 7/2.
Maybe there will be AP discounts, but there isn't now, I just checked for myself for the last week of july
I just made reservations for 4 for LA Nouba for sept 3 with the DVC discount.
As always my daughter started screaming when I was on the phone. I could not hear. The woman would not take a credit card, only my name. She gave me a reservation confirmation #. I have to go to will call 1 hour before I think..
Has anyone ever done this? I am assured a seat?
What do I need to bring? She said the DVC Id card? Do I also need a picture id?
Over the years there have been slight variations. Recently I read that the balancing act is being replaced with a top notch juggling act. I have seen La Nouba many times but enjoy it every time. I hope to go again during our next trip.
I just bought category 2 tickets for Oct. 5 for $53.25 each inc. tax. I read about this discount on Mousesavers (good now until Oct. 23). This is a great deal. You need to sign up as a Cirque member but it is instant. Then sign in as a member. Here is the Mousesavers link (scroll down to Cirque discount): http://www.mousesavers.com/entertainment.html#cirque
Good luck!

Yeah, I got an email about that a week or so ago. I don't remember whether it was a Club Cirque or AP discount, but it's an amazing price. The last time we went we got a DVC discount on one of Cirque's promotions and I believe it was about $85 for Cat 2 seats.
From one of the comments to the story, it sounds like he replaced the chair balancing act. If so, that would be a double-plus. The chair guy was amazing, but it just went on, and on, and on, and on...kinda like "It's a big blue world" in Nemo!
