La Nouba and Premium plan

:confused3 I had to charge the ticket on my room key even though it was a feature on the plan .It is included in the premium plan. When i went to pick up my ticket
Cirq said that there was no payment for it. I explained that it was part of the
premium plan. The itinerie stated i would be getting a voucher but i never got one. I inquired 2 times at Pop and noone knew about it. Consergie told me
to show the intinerie to La Nouba and i would be fine. He also said there is no
voucher. At LaNouba we called back to Pop ,a manager first told me i should have received a voucher. Then she apologized and said since i am on the premium plan there is no voucher that it is a point in the plan . Have the ticket charged to the hotel and then it is later taken off as a point from my plan. I got my ticket and saw the show all the while thinking 'does this sound
right?! :confused3 .
Well on check out guess what was on my bill besides usual charges
thats right La Nouba !
3RD Time inquiring on the charge and front desk saids ''Do you have the voucher?" I explain again about the ticket and the plan. They do see that
i did speak to some and also that i was given a voucher or maybe it was
sent to LA Nouba. How can i receive one when there was not one.
Will have check my credit card statement later on.
