La Hacienda de San Angel for DP?

Hello everyone!

I'm curious to know if the outside seating area for the new La Hacienda de San Angel is going to be available for dessert parties? My fiance is of Guatemalan heritage and while Mexico isn't exactly the same, it's the closest we can get.

Lurkyloo? (LOVE the Passporter book BTW!) Anyone?

It sure looks like it has a fabulous view! The problem is—unlike the Rose & Crown, which has an easily subdivided patio—Hacienda de San Angel has just two main, public patios, and there appear to be no nooks or crannies that could be roped off for a private party. Check out this construction photo:

But who knows—maybe it would be worth it to them to turn part of one patio into private event space. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
