I'm loving the sound of this place the more I read!!

DH and I are going on an adults only trip in January so I'm hoping it will be less crowded then during F&W.

Whereabouts is "the cave"? Is it inside the pavilion?

Yes. When you enter the pavilion past the wooden animal carving folk art, you'll want to head down the ramp to the right. The bar is right there.

Is this still open? I assume you can't call and make a reservation for a tasting like during the F&WF. Does anyone have any updates?

Yes, it is still open. No, they don't take reservations, it's just a bar, not a full restaurant. It's quite small and is very popular. Getting a seat may be difficult.

They are now selling souvenir shot glasses for $6.

We LOVE this place! Not sure if they still have the Margarita Sampler/Flight, but we really enjoyed it back in December. The Passion Fruit was amazing. There were four of us and I think we tried every small plate they offered, all were delicious.

Can't wait to go back (several times) in November.

We loved this place when we stopped by in May! We didn't get to eat anything as we were already stuffed, by DH had a very good Margarita. Although seating was full (I could see it probably always is), there was a table we stood at in the middle. The staff there was very friendly and knowledgable!

I got the touringplans blog about this bar today. I can't believe I've never even noticed this place. I want to check it out when we're at WDW for Spring Break. Any recent experiences to share? Recommendations?
