La Cava del Tequila during EMH

Does anyone know if La Cava del Tequila is open during EPCOT'S PM EMH? I was planning on starting in the World Showcase around 7:00 on the Canada side, but I really wanna try the Ditch! Should I start in Mexico instead?

I believe they close before Illuminations. I doubt they stay open for EMH but I haven't checked it out for that yet. I have been in Rose & Crown pub during EMH though.

Start in Mexico, you don't want to miss the Ditch. then you can end in Rose & Crown.

They stopped serving around 9:45 when I was there.

It would be nice if they stayed open during the EMH.

Reading the menu online, it looks like they use fresh juices in most of their margaritas. Am I right in guessing that means that there is no pre-made, ultra-sweet sweet and sour mix?? That stuff makes me sick but I love fresh margaritas!

Yes, it is fresh. When I was there they asked me how sweet I wanted it and let me taste it before they were done making it, just to be sure it was correct.

Oh boo!! We were totally planning on hitting it up during the pm EMH. I guess I'll have to schedule those margaritas at another time. This girl isn't missing something at WDW called a Tequila Cave IN Mexico. That has my name all over it!!!!!
