I was listening to the Disney Dish with Len Testa/Jim Hill and they were interviewing one of the owners of La Cava. I've always wanted to do the La Cava Experience but haven't been able to book it yet. In the podcast they were joking about lightning lanes/virtual queues because La Cava is always so crowded. Then there was a mention of a one hour agave tasting experience that was (I thought they said) associated with Food and Wine....is this something new for Food and Wine or did I just mishear and is it just the regular La Cava Experience that you can book? Thank you!

Without listening to the podcast, the La Cava experience is about an hour and available year-round. I couldn't find a different tasting on the food and wine site.

They used to have a lunch with tastings but that was "in the before times". I was hoping with what should have been a festival center and classes etc. coming back that this too would return but alas who knows. Disney doesn't seem to motivated to plus their game (or at least bring it back to something that resembled 2018) anytime soon.

I heard it too. It sounded like the usual experience but during food and wine it is beired every day.

I listened to the same interview. Very interesting conversation. During Food & Wine they host the La Cava Experience daily whereas for the rest of the year I think it's offered just a few days a week. He also hinted that there may be more special events coming in the future. I sure hope so. I did the special tequila lunch that used to be offered during Food & Wine a few times and it was SO good. I'm so puzzled as to why these events haven't returned to the festival ... they seemed so popular.

Ah…thank you all, it was the daily offering of the experience during food and wine - got it!
