I sure wish they opened earlier! If they opened earlier, we'd probably do either breakfast or an early morning snack there almost every day. Since we try to get to the parks early, we get to the gates before they open, and it would be incredibly convenient. While one of us went with the DDs to get in line for opening, we would have DH or myself pop in to grab some "to go" items along with coffee for the grownups and hot chocolate for the DDs.

Make sure you bring a bankroll because it's mighty pricey! I had to walk out when I saw the prices!
