This is inkkognito posting under her husband's ID.
Just got back from Orlando, where we used L & M for the first time ever. I was leery because of some of the horror stories we read here, but they were the only reasonably priced option for this weekend.
No line at their counter at all. I was expecting lots of pressure to buy their insurance. but they didn't even ask to see my ins. card. They just asked if I wanted it, I said no, and that was it. They asked about the gas option or an upgrade, I said no, and that was it. very low key...no pressure whatsoever. I've had a worse time with Alamo! I'd compare their counter agents with Avis or National. We rented an economy car and got a brand new, loaded Ford Focus with only 4 miles on it, still full of new car smell. Drop off was simple...pull in, they check over the car, and you're on your way.
I will definitely be using them again in the future. I'm sorry I avoided them for so long!
