Ok so here it is my first ever Food Trip report!
I’ll start off by saying this is our third trip to Disney in the last three years and we couldn’t be happier vacationing anywhere else. People say third time’s the charm and that was certainly the case as this trip I proposed to my now fiance.
Cast:
Me: Kyle, 24
- Disney lover since my first trip in the 1st grade!
- As a kid I was very fortunate to have awesome parents willing to do anything to make a family vacation possible.
- Fort Wilderness was our second home as it gave us the opportunity to visit WDW on a small budget!
- 80% of my trips to WDW have been via car...1400miles from door to door
- Plan-a-holic
DFiance: Jess, 24
- Disney Lover since first trip in 2007!
- Loves Beauty and the Beast!
- Owns a basket making company!
- Scrap booking queen!
- Smart, creative, and beautiful (inside and out).
Here’s a picture of us just after I proposed to her on our first day this trip:
(If people want to hear how I did it feel free to ask and Ill make a post regarding it!)
This is the third trip for us on the dinning plan but first during “free dinning”. For us the dinning plan is the only option as we are not old enough to rent a car to eat off property nor do we have the budget to pay out of pocket. Overall we didn’t see too many differences between the quality of food during free dinning and paying for the dinning plan but there were a few and ill address them when they come up.
Below is a list of the restaurants we ate at. You will notice both counter service and table service location in the list, I will provide pictures and reviews for both CS and TS. I’m pretty sure I managed to take pictures of every snack and alcoholic drink we had as well so I will be adding in those on the day they were from.
Day 1:
Our Proposal Story
Wolf Gang Puck Express
Hoop Dee Do Musical Review
Day 2:
Pecos Bill
Raglan Road
Day 3:
Sunshine Seasons
Coral Reef
Day 4:
Staring Rolls
Kona Cafe
Day 5:
Boma
Chef’s de France
Day 6:
Sci Fi Diner
Day 7:
Flame Tree BBQ
Ohana
