Kudos to the DVC

I have to say the DVC made me realize that it was a good choice for us. We were stuck literally in Baltimore with this past weekend's snow. We moved flights from Sunday night to Monday night then Monday to a few weeks later. And all the while moving and shaking reservations with the DVC. They were so helpful with recommendations of various options. I have a family of four with two DD's 4 and 2. They went over what was available in terms of resorts and what we were looking for. I probably changed my resorts 4 to 5 times and all with no problem. So the BLT may not be available for our first DVC week but oh well we have a place, the wilderness villas and it will more than suit our needs. They suggested wait list the BLT just in case they reminded my about ME and other things. What a help they were this week. If only I could get them up here to help shovel!!!
There is no way we could have easily changed our vacation plans with out the DVC!
Now if it snows when we leave again....

I agree. MS has consistently been helpful when we have had unexpected challenges. I wish I could get some of their pixie dust sprinkled on my co-workers and me.

I have to agree with you - - I've always found that every time I've called MS that I've been greeted with someone cheerful and of infinite patience. To the OP, I hope that the weather improves for you. Bring on Spring!!
