I have to give the CMs throughout Disney a compliment. We took a family friend (teenager) with us to Disney last week and made him wear the birthday button. Every CM, from wait staff to street cleaners, who looked at him wished him a "Happy Birthday" by name. These are the details that separate the best from the good!
Incidentally, we had another friend with us (adult) for his first visit. He didn't receive the same attention for his button and finally asked a CM to recognize his "First Visit" button. Without skipping a beat, the CM said; "Well, what took you so long!"
