Kudos to Sunray

Last Monday, we were set to fly back home from MCO, but due to weather in the Northeast, our flight was delayed 3 hours. Unfortunately, we did not learn of the delay until about 15 minutes before Sunray was supposed to pick us up at our hotel to head back to the airport. We called Bob at Sunray and explained the situation, and even though he was already in the car headed over to our hotel, he said, "no problem. I can pick you up later."

Because he was so accommodating, we got a 2.5 hour reprieve at the parks having fun instead of whiling away our time at the airport. Thanks, Bob!

The SAME DAY, last Monday, because of the weather our flight was cancelled and we were re-booked (without notification of course) on an EARLIER flight. I called Bob in a panic & he came right over & got us to MCO on time. They were top notch all the way. We had Roger pick us up the week before, he was just as great. They were both courteous, friendly and best of all, respectable drivers. Other car services that we have used in the past seemed to be in a race to dop us as quickly as possible to get to their next job, and those drivers were chatting on their cell phones non-stop. I remember looking at the speedometer with another car service & saw that it said almost 80 mph!! Roger & Bob never went over the limit, used their signals, etc. I will definitely use them again!
