Kudos to Dreams Unlimited!

First time I've used a travel agency of any type to book a Disney vacation, using it for our Mother/Daughter Thanksgiving trip. Mindy, our travel agent, is always responsive to my emails, answered questions promptly, and made suggestions when I asked her to. My 90 day window opened today and she was able to book EVERYTHING I asked for at the times I requested, including California Grill during Wishes on the day we arrive and Chefs de France on Thanksgiving at the time I requested.

I am very satisfied with the service so far, and wanted to let everyone know. We hear tons of complaints and issues on these boards, so wanted to spread some GOOD news, too!!!!

Nice to hear about good service. We don't use Dreams but I have a wonderful TA that I use and is a Disney specialist and I love her. We read so many negatives about travel agents here that it is nice to give kudos where they are due

I have used DU many times and have never been disappointed. Cathy is my TA and she is wonderful! She always answers my e-mails the same day, usually within hours, and always makes our trips special with her special touches. Thanks, Cathy!
