Kudos to BWV room assigners!

We see a lot of unsuccessful room requests....but DH and I are experiencing some real Disney magic on this trip.

We always ask for away from the elevator and higher floor. So, we were really pleased to get room 4115.

Now the complicated part. Today we move from a 1 bd res to a 2 bd res as some relatives join us. The room assigner set it up so that we don't have to move. That can't have been easy, but we're sitting in 4115 and they are currently cleaning 4113 so it'll be ready for our guests. In the meantime we don't have to pack up and move. I am more that pleased!!

I think that BWV assigners have a soft spot for those of us who live in the frozen tundra. We have had pretty good luck also. Congrats and enjoy! You have perfect weather going!

That's great news. Hope we have the same luck. We arrive on Sat. and will be in a 1br (garden/pool view) and have requested an upper floor not too far from an elevator because my DH has arthritic knees and didn't want to be at the end of a long hallway.

How are the crowds? Weather? Have a great trip with your family!

One issue at BWV with studios and 1 bedrooms is half of them are dedicated. So they not only have to find a 1 bedroom and studio open next to each other, they have to both be lockoffs to form the 2 bedroom. I've stayed in many 1 bedrooms at BWV and almost everytime got a dedicated (because I book at 11 months and they book dedicated first).

I'm arriving Saturday too! Weather looks awesome!

Congratulation! I agree that the room assigners at BWV do a stellar job. We had the same thing happen to us and when MIL came to visit for a couple of days during our stay, they assigned the adjoining lockoff for her.

Enjoy your trip. I am jealous as I haven't been to BWV in a while and really miss it!
