If I add a CC to my KTTW card can I remove charging privileges for my children. My DD (16) and DD (14) are old enough to wander on their own but if they lose that card and things get charged to it I would be one upset mother!

Sure, but I'd bet your kids wouldn't have a problem. We started giving our son charging privileges when he was ten. He kept his KTTW in his wallet and used it wisely (and only after asking us if he could purchase something).
