Krusteaz lo-carb pancake mix

OMG! These are so good! They have 9 net carbs - so I wouldn't have them very often....but when I just gotta have pancakes - mmmmm,,,,,,good! Albertson's has the mixes on sale right now ($3.99 per box) so I got a muffin mix too. These are cheaper and tastier than the Atkins brand. Just had to share.

Yummmmm, I've been missing pancakes!! You're right about not having them often, but wouldn't be too bad to have them once in a long while. Thanks for the tip. I'll have to check them out.
