I think Kroger ad Ralphs are doing this.

Does anyone have the ad? know what items are for sale?

I was at King Soopers (Krogers) today and the only item I noticed were Hot Pockets. They were 2 for $4.00, and that meant I could buy 10 for $20.00 and get $5.00 off. Only problem is freezer space so I didn't do it. :)

I talked with the guy stocking Pepperidge Farm today and he said Goldfish was included. So buy 10 packs of Goldfish for 1.00 each (sale price) and get 5.00 back by using your frequent shopper card. That makes them .50 cents each.:cool1:

By the way, you don't have to buy 10 Golfish to get the 5.00 back, just 10 of the participating items. He was just telling me what a great deal it is.

I got the goldfish and lipton rice and Pillsbury biscuits for the $1.00 stuff. For the $1.50 Scott paper towels, Clorex, Marie C pot pies and Fritos. I saved $10.00 and we will use the stuff. Sobe drinks were also on the $1.00.

There were lots of participating items at our Kroger, including morningstar Farms veggie items, Breyer's Ice Cream, Kraft shredded cheese, cake mix, Goldfish, and other stuff I can't remember. Plus I had a Morningstar Farms coupon which I was still able to use :thumbsup2 which made the price even better.

I just went. I bought 32 items for $24.86 - and my reciept said I saved $48.46. I had 14 coupons to help me. I bought 2- 4 pack rolls of Cottonelle @.99 and had a .25 coupon which was doubled.I bought 4 rolls Scoot paper towels for $1.50 a roll and had a $1 coupon. Betty Crocker cake mixes are $1 and my twins have a birthday on Monday - I bought 3. The frosting was $1.50 I bought 3 so $4.50 but I had a .50 coupon so I sved another $1.
I am cleaning off some shelves so I can stock up on some things. Kroger poptarts .50, Cottenelle, Scott paper towels, . Today I jsut tried to buy things I had coupons for , but they were out of Windex and Shout. Our ad goes to 4/13 so I plan to really stock up. The kids eat one box of poptarts a week and they are good until 12/08 so I am trying to see how many to buy.

I also bought alot with this. You can do up to 30 items in one transaction to save $15. That is what I did on stuff I would have bought anyway, plus they all had a good sale price too. Some of the stuff I got were gatorade, poptarts, goldfish, grape juice, cheese, pillsbury bread products, spaghetti sauce. I was thinking about going back before the sale is over to stock up on more stuff. I assume if you do more items in a different transaction the count starts over? :confused3

Do you have to buy 10 of the same items or can you mix and match? Thanks!

Oh the closest Dillons is 49.3 miles away!!! They are owned by Kroger... Lord in heaven that stinks.

It is close to the inlaws, maybe we could kill two birds with one stone...

I keep looking and looking at this but having a hard time coming up with 10 items I want. I have plenty of storage but just nothing is that appealing it seems.

Our Kroger has a great ad this week. I got eggplant, zucchini and pears for $1 a pound (closer to $1.50 lately). Broccoli was $2 (Green Giant too, which is better quality that others). Knor rice packs after that $5 deal were 50 cents each. Kraft cheese was $1.50 after the deal (normally 2-2.5). Milk was a little over $3. Boneless chicken was $1.88 a pound (not had a deal on that in a long time). I also got some marked down turkey sausage for $1.29 a pound (prefer it over pork) and I got a marked down jalapeño cheddar fru fru bread from the deli marked down to $1.79.

Did anyone else's Kroger have a sign about bananas? They said there was storm damage and they wouldn't have any in stock for a long time. If I had known that I would of made the baby chew that last one instead of inhaling it lol

OH!! So it doesn't go by cost..........it goes by number of items bought?!?!? So I can get 10 items and get $5 back, not $10 worth of items????

Is this one time per visit?

I think it's 10 items, not $10 worth. I haven't been to the store, but have been inundated with the commercials. LOL.

I need to go through my coupons before I go, for sure!

You can do it 3 times on one transaction, so 30 items. I assume you could go back and do more b/f the week is over.

I went tonight, bought 10 items, used some coupons, and ended up spending $4.

I'm going back tomorrow. Time to stock the pantry with the grocery prices predicted to be going up and up and up.....
