In Ohio it has been going on since last week and there is not a digital coupon. I just got some last weekend and today.

It might be because they were a visa card and not a card to be used at another specific business like Toy R Us, Chili's, Disney, AMC Movies, etc. Call the customer service number with your receipt in hand and they can clarify. Good luck, I hope it works out.

Customer service fixed it. The 4x display showed fixed amount Visa cards as included.
