They seem to be less predictable than they used to be (and more frequent) but I would expect one in June too. I'm working on accumulating gift cards for an August 2016 cruise.

I believe you may need to load the digital coupon (I did this from the app). In the past I haven't seen signage for these weekend offers and sometimes customer service doesn't seem to know about them (at least that's been my experience).
