Krispie Kreme

Do they really have Krispie Kreme donuts at Disney? I heard either the Dolphin or the Swan. Can someone fill me in. Have two teens who love them!

Yep! Weve also had them at Captain Cooks at the Polynesian, Chef Mickeys, Donalds Breakfastasaurus, and just last week noticed they had them at the Main St Bake Shop.

BTW, I see you are in MA. We now have one in Medford, and hopefully if things go right another one will be opening here in Woburn in the near future. They may not be too close to you, but closer than WDW.

Are the Krispie Kreme donuts made fresh on the premises (love that "HOT NOW" sign when it's lit!) or are they made elsewhere and brought onto Disney property??

I am from Mass too and make it a habit to get a donut at the Krsipie Kreme in the Prudential Center Mall (if the sign is lit) when I park there to go to Red Sox games.

Jealous of you guys! I am near Worcester. We don't have any near by! Going to DW, as you can see by my countdown. Donuts will be closer there! LOL

We went to KK after my DH's 5k run last night and he got 3 doughnuts filled with carmel that were sooo good they should be illegal.

I heard there's an outlet at MCO, so if you're flying in you can always get a dozen (or two ) there.

i feel your pain!!! i am right outside worcester , and the only place where i can find them are at the Shaws supermarket, and they are not hot!! we always make a stop on 192 (west irlo bronson) when we are down in disney. at least we get our fix once a year!

I've never had them "hot" at WDW, but being a Krispy Kreme expert , I think they are the real thing! They also have them at Cape May, on the breakfast buffet.

Wow-I'm from right outside Worcester, too! Lived there til a few years ago. No Krispy Kreme-just Dunkin Donuts. But I heard they were at the fast food place in WL too.

Hah, hah, My boss lives in Medford. Guess who gets the doughnuts for staff meetings? I live 15 minutes from Woburn; oh, yes, when will that one open up? My boss says that the line for KK is already a block long on the weekends, before he gets there. By the way, they are the 'real' thing at the Dolphin, no light up sign, though.

Right now they are fighting about the traffic coming off 93 and all that fun stuff that goes on whenever anything new tries to open up. I believe I had heard this fall, but that was a while ago I had heard it. Im not sure if anything has changed, or if its even offical yet.

Will buy my KK at WDW, bring them BACK to SSR and micro them there! HA! I will have warm doughnuts! Also, I may bring back a carry on full and freeze them when I get home. Then, I can zap them and have them warm anytime! LOL

They also have one in Dedham, MA....... they opened a while ago, I went to the grand opening, also brought a dozen homee, to be honest I am so sick of them now. they are better then DD but the thrill was much better just having them when I went to Disney now I can get them close to home it isn't a big deal anymore

Thanks to this thread, I had to make a trip to the nearest Krispy Kreme location yesterday - about a 2 hour round trip :O Luckily, it was in the area of some other stores I wanted to check out so it wasn't too self indulgent. The one down side is that my DD, not yet 3, doesn't like the doughnuts I guess her taste buds just haven't matured fully, yet.

The Dolphin has Krispy Kremes in Tubbi's Buffeteria. They are not hot, they are brought in like they do at some of the Royal Farm Stores. They were fresh and delicious, even if they were not hot! I think they just taste better in Disney...but then again...doesn't everything!
