Anyone else noticed the sandwichs here has gone down hill recently?
dH got the turkey ham an bacon an I got the Ham an apple the past 2 weekends an they was not near as good as they have been in the past.

Last weekend was served cold not heated near long enough if at all was dry an blah. This weekend bread was stale an tasted funky.

Big disappointment to us this was our fav resturant in all of epcot.

OH well least the school bread was still good both times.

Totally. Very disappointing. I feel like I'm in the bakery section at a mediocre grocery store. I keep checking it out to see if it's going back to the "good ole days" but always feel kind of let down. I've noticed this at the bakery place in France as well. Or maybe I've just taken off my rose colored glasses. :-)

I agree about the sandwiches... kind of disappointing in comparison to the past. And, yes, the Schoolbread is still awesome!

DS got a beer there last year and it was warm. Couldn't drink it and he is not fussy about his beers. We wondered if that was the way it is served in Norway?

I liked the sandwich so much I had it twice while last December.

School bread - so much hype, but I was disappointed. Very dry.

This place has definitely gone downhill as far as we are concerned. We have been severely disappointed the last two times we went to Kringla for pastries...the school bread is a poor imitation of what it was before (much smaller now, very stale, coconut & frosting completely different than before. Yuck.) And the sweet pretzels...also stale, way too many raisins and far less almonds than before.

Add enormous lines and incredibly slow service...don't think we'll be back there again.

Totally agree, our pastry last time was not good at all. Such a shame as it was always a favorite.

I have had store bought in a box that tasted better.
