Monday - 7:00 am - Mickey calls Annie - "hey pal, time to get up. Sure glad your with us today". got drressed and headed to Captain Cooks snack bar for breakfast. Annie had a bagel, Holly had a muffin and I had a macadamia nut muffin. Very good.
Off to MGM studios via the Disney bus system. Got to the park just as it was opening. Picked up "fast pass" for the Tower of Terror, then headed over to Star tours. Cool ride, like your in a battle from Star Wars. Then back to the tower of Terror. GREAT RIDE. Annie then got autographs and pictures of Pooh and Tigger. Saw the Little Mermaid show, and then had lunch at the Prime Time Cafe. Lot's of Fun. The waitress made me set the table. I had great freid Chicken, Holly had 1/2 a turkey sandwich and Annie had a burger. All made by "Mom". It was a funny restaurant - Every time someone would leave the waitress would yell - "say by to your cousin" They would also yell if you had your elbows on the table.
After lunch we say Muppet vision 3D, the backlot tour which had a great scene of a truck blowing up and a flood of water come crashing towards us. On to the Indiana Jones stunt show. Walked down New York Street - Annie had fun playing under the umbrella from "singin in the rain". Annie had a characature done while I went on the Great Movie Ride.
We really enjoyed this park. The scenery was beautiful, the music was soothing, especially on Sunset Blvd.
Back to the Poly, picked up our tickets for the Luau for tomorrow night and on to Captain Cooks for our gourmet meal of hot dogs and french fries (absolutely loved those french fries). Changed into our bathing suits and down to the pool for night swimming. Uh - oh - pool temporarily closed - some child threw up in it and they were cleaning it - 30 minutes until re-opening. We waited around and ended up having a nice swim. In bed at around 11:00
