Kraft Dinner Singles-Problem.

Hi, yous all know the single serving of Kraft Mac and Cheese in a cup? Has anyone had any problems, before I blame it on the Microwave.
DD17 put some in for the time it said, then joined me for a second doing laundry.When she arrive back up in the kitchen, it was full of smoke(still smells) Burnt Kraft D. a whole right through. Any other simular problems.Or do I blame this one on the microwave and get a new one?

I make these at least once a week as a quick snack, and I've never had one burn. My biggest problem has been having it boil over 'cause I put too much water in.

If it burned, likely there wasn't enough water in it. You'd have to put it on for WAY longer than the specified time for it to actually burn if there was water in it, or your microwave would have to be WAY hotter than normal (ie. malfunctioning).

My DS just caught onto these.

He has been through at least 4 of these in the last week and never a problem.

My DD forgot to add water once.....The house stunk for weeks. Sounds like that is what the problem probably was...

My ds' loves these and we've never had a problem...... sounds like either too much time put on or perhaps she forgot to add water.
