Kouzzina - Tripadvisor Rating

I have to say we went the week after Thanksgiving, and it was our first of seven meals all booked for different cuisines.

While it is not fair to compare it with say the Prime Time 50's Cafe, which is more about the experience and not about the food - I have to say it was our favorite meal of the week as far as experience and service.

I commented when I made the ressie, that we had a first timer and that Greek food was her favorite cuisine. They fell all over us from the time the hostess checked us in, as the manager lead us to our table, and the server showed up to get our drinks. We were waited on very efficiently, despite the fact our server, Ben, had tables throughout the restaurant. We didn't feel cramped in our table and we tried everything from appetizers to main dishes to the desserts. The three of us each ordered something and shared it with the other two. Everything was fantastic... and the service was wonderful!

Thanks Ben and Kouzzina's for a truly memorable evening! And also, thanks for taking our pics as well!

A group of 5 of us ate there in late September (shortly after they first opened). Everyone in the group agreed that it was the best meal of the trip.

I can't remember everything that we had, but here's some of it:
- I had the slow cooked lamb shank. Incredible! It was so tender that it was literally falling off the bone.
- A VERY picky friend decided to go out there and get the lamb burger. She'd never tried lamb before and was terrified. She loved it. We all had a small taste and I was impressed.
- Another friend had the oak fried pork t-bone. He also loved that.

All the meat was cooked perfectly and we definitely didn't experience the oversalting that someone else did.

We will definiately, 100% go back to eat here.

We asked about Kat Kora and were told that she wouldn't be spending much time at all there. She was coming for Food & Fine fest, but other than that, they said not to expect to see her much. Sort of a disappointment after actually getting to see Iron Chef Morrimoto at his restaurant in Tokyo.

I really liked the breakfast I had at Kouzzina, even though service was pretty slow.
