Kouzzina Replacement

WDW1974 over at WDWMagic reports that a "new restaurant to replace Kouzzina will be called Trattoria Al Forno. Typical pizza and pasta. It will be run by WDW, not a third party. WDI is working on it, so this could take a while."

I love italian, I hope it's upscale but not so fancy that the menu is alienating. I wonder why they are getting rid of Kouzzina.

Most of them are not good, though. Hoping this is a better option.

We like via Napoli but other than that we try to avoid pizza and other Italian at WDW.

Agreed. There is an outstanding Italian restaurant right next door to BW at the Swan.
