Kouzzina, Boma or 'Ohana and why?

So thanks your help I've chosen to do a Kona Breakfast over Cape May...but I need you're help again (I clearly haven't eaten on site very often lol). We had to cut back one of our park days (possibly to be added back on once we're there) so our departure day park breakfast mush be changed. Which would you pick for breakfast Kouzzina, Boma or Ohana and why. (NOTE: we're hoping to do the Boma dinner at he beginning of the trip)
