Kosher meals?

Has anyone had the kosher frozen meals available at WDW? Are they good sized? Taste good? What are the offerings? DGR didn't give me such good information. I got them at Busch Gardens last year and they were terrible. One small 5 ounce tray of something that didn't even taste good and I paid 12 bucks each for it. Are they worth it at WDW or better to just bring your own food which is what I am leaning towards. I am going in January so if someone is going before and getting please post your experience.
Can someone post a pic of what they look like?

I would recommend BYO food, honestly, and avoid any of the buffets because they'll make you pay the full price and give you just the Kosher meal.
