This Give was for Steven and Kyra. Unfortunately Steven was at my moms house this weekend. He just got home and showed him and he loved it. I knew he would...he loves pirates.

Since Kylee and I were in the hospital over Christmas...we were suppose to decorate our Gingerbread house on Christmas Eve, but that didn't happen, so Kyra, Steven, and Kylee did it on Monday.

Steven had his Orthopedic appt. yesterday. Thankfully his curve in his spine isn't all that bad. She did warn us that he is still growing and it can get worse so we need to stay on top of it. What she doesn't under stand is why his shoulders and shoulder blades are so uneven with the minimal curve.
Why he is having all his back pains and leg pains is because his hamstrings under his knee and ankle are soo tight. When he is growing they are getting even tighter. So now he will be going to physical therapy to hopefully stretch the hamsprings.

Oh...and Korissa is getting sick again.

OK, I have to ask...........is that Tim Hortons coffee on your counter?? If so, what is someone in California doing drinking Canada's coffee!!!

Yes..that's Tim Hortons coffee. The best coffee you can drink. My friend from Canada went to visit her parents over the summer and brought back 6 cans and then my other friend from Canada came down for a visit the end of August and brought me 4 more cans. The big red can is gone and Scott uses it to put his coffee that he grinds in. The green can is mine. Unfortunately I can't have caffeine, so decafe it is. I think I have 2 more cans left. Oh...I love your peanutbutter too. Thankfully my friends mom is coming down next month and can bring me more coffee and peanutbutter.

Yesterday we got another Big Give. This one was from Ellen and it was for Kylee. Let me tell you...Ellen is one heck of a sewer. I just love everything she does. She even sent Kylee a dress that she made for her Granddaughter. The tears were flowing. I had just loved this dress.

You are so very welcome!! I am so thrilled that the small world dress fits. It looks like I lengthened the straps a little too much, but I think that a little hand sewing or a couple of safety pins can take care of that.

Believe it or not when I told my granddaughter, who is 4 years old, that I wanted to give away the dress she actually cried. We talked about it though and she is ok with it now. She honestly would not have worn it again, she just has a little trouble parting with things. Anyway it was a good lesson for her, and I will show her the pictures of how happy she has made another little girl!!

I can't wait until later today, because I think you may be receiving another package from me as early as today!!

Thank you Gail. If PT doesn't work than he may need surgery to loosen the hamstrings, but praying that the PT helps.
Thankfully today is a half day as she didn't want to go to school. She had to go as tomorrow Korissa and Kyra both have Cardio appt and will be missing school.
Kylee has 2 beautiful dresses to wear at MK. Her Cinderella and now this dress. Thankfully we will be there for a long day and can wear both.
She will be wearing the other one for Epcot day.

Now I feel bad. Please tell her it will get much love and use out of this dress. We have a Starlight Gala to go to after we get back and I think she will be wearing the Small World dress to it.
I think the strap will be fine. She will be wearing a shirt under it too. Did your Granddaughter wear a T-shirt under and what color? Hopefully we will be wearing short sleeves.
