Konk Koolers

I recently returned from the 1/17/04 sailing on the Magic and am having a severe craving for a Konk Kooler!! I know that someone posted the recipe not to long ago. I would really apprieciate it if you could post it again

Conch Cooler

1/2 can Creme of Coconut
3 oz light rum
3 oz dark rum
6 oz. frozen passion fruit juice concentrate (Welches) *
4 oz orange juice
2-3 cups of ice
Add all together in a lender until very fine and smooth (makes one large blender full)!!! Garnish the glass with fruits, either pineapple, strawberries, and/or marachino cherries.

* If can't find frozen passion fruit juice, may be substituted with apple passion mango frozen concentrate.

These are delicious!!

I e-mailed Disney and they sent me the recipe after we returned from our first cruise. They are great to serve at parties, and have a story with them -- "we sipped these while lying on Castaway Cay"......

Just wanted to say thank you for your reply. These boards are so helpful. We booked while onboard for the Feb 5, 2005 Eastern - looking forward to cruisin the boards for another year.
