Ginny, below are two recipes previously posted by perdidobay. I believe the first is more like the Konk Kooler. HTH
First recipe
1/2 can cream of coconut
3 ounces light rum
3 ounces dark rum
1/2 of a 12oz can frozen passion fruit juice concentrate (Welches)
4 oz of orange juice
2-3 cups of ice
Add all together in a blender until very fine and smooth
Second recipe
1 12oz can Bacardi frozen pina colada mix
3 oz light rum
3 oz dark rum
1/3 of a 12oz can frozen pineapple-oj concentrate
2 oz of passion fruit liquor
2-3 cups of ice
