Beef Teri Salad
6 oz strip steak, grilled and cut into strips. Steak is then covered in teriyaki sauce. Steak is tossed with field greens and shredded cheese ( I want to say Fontina, but I'm not sure). Salad then gets about 2 oz of dressing. Serve salad in a fried wonton bowl.
Beef Vinaigrette Dressing:
1 T Whole Grain Mustard
3/4 Cup Canola Oil
3/4 t Hot Sesame Oil
2/3 Cup Rice Wine (Mirin)
3 T Soy Sauce
2 2/3 T Sugar
1/2 T Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce (Mae Ploy)
1 t Kosher Salt
1 pinch White Pepper
Add all ingredients into a food processor and mix until emulsified.
