Kona or Wave before fireworks?

I've read service can be slow at both of these restaurants. Which one would be faster at dinner to make the 8pm Wishes in November?

I'm thinking of a 5:15 or 5:30 ADR.

I can't really comment on which one of them will have faster service. Either could have a slow night. I think that at 5:15 or 5:30, you have nothing to worry about. You'll be out in plenty of time. All that said, I'd recommend Kona because I think they have a better dinner menu.
