Kona lunch....do they serve the bread?

I have an ADR for lunch at Kona and wondered if they serve the bread that everyone RAVES about? I hope so, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it

Don't worry! We had lunch at Kona Cafe a couple of months ago. The server didn't bring out bread at first. I was kind of disappointed. When I asked my server about the bread, she told us that the bread will be served upon request at lunch time. Be sure to ask for it. The bread alone is worth the trip to Kona, imo

We ate there 3 times in September for lunch. Requested it each time and was told it wasn't available. Only a dinner item. I guess it's different for everyone. I'd go for those fish tacos though! They were AWESOME!

Sorry to hear that your server followed the rule too much. Basically, I told my server that we love Kona because it has the best bread and will be disappointed otherwise, seriously!
