Kona Island sushi on DDP?

Is the sushi at Kona Island considered a QS credit? I see they have desserts and drinks, so I wasn't sure if the sushi was a QS entrée?
Also, can it be taken to go?
And approx how long does it take to make? Does it get very busy during dinner hours? Wanted to stop by here today while at MK.
