Hi! We were only able to book Kona for lunch during our trip in December. I have eaten there for dinner and loved it but I noticed the menu is completely different for lunch. Just wondering what I should order off the lunch menu???popcorn::

Me too !! We will be having lunch there on 12-15 at 1:00.
I have never eaten lunch or dinner there, I am eyeing the --

Miso Glazed Mahi-mahi - served with soba noodles and baby bok choy $18.99 (but will substitute with the seasonal vegetables) OR the Fish Taco - Seared Talapia with tomato salsa and mango mayonnaise $13.99, both of these sound good from the lunch menu. I can't decide which one !!

Also, did you notice the dessert called, Kilauea Torte $5.49
is not listed on the lunch dessert menu but only on the dinner dessert menu?? I really wanted to get that for dessert, so I am bummed about that !!!:santa::santa::santa:

P.S. All info obtained above is from the allears.net menus.

Ate there for lunch last week and really enjoyed it. I had the crab cakes for an appetizer, fish tacos for entree and banana chocolate creme brulee for dessert with coffee. All very yummy. My husband had the shrimp and coconut curry soup and the Hawaiian plate lunch. He liked the soup not so much the plate lunch. So, I cant recommend that. Great service though and dont worry the Kilauea torte is available at lunch. :thumbsup2

We just dinned there the other day for lunch! Lunch is just as good as dinner. My husband and I had the fish tacos, and my daughter and her friend had the beef salad. They were both superb, and I am picky about my food, and the flavor. So by all means, go and enjoy! The desserts were fabulous as well!

:)

We had lunch there Sept 19 and loved it so much will be returning for our Jan trip. I had Stir-Fried Asian Noodles with sliced chicken, seasonal vegetables and sweet and sour sauce, and for dessert Chocolate Fondue that came with yummy fruit. My DH had Polynesian Plate Lunch with the steak and Banana-Chocolate Creme Brulee, which I ate the banana that came with it and dipped it into my chocolate fondue. It was all yummy in my tummy.
