Cooking Kona Chocolate Banana Creme Brulee Recipe?

Does anyone know what the recipe is for the chocolate/banana creme brulee at Kona? I can find an older recipe for Kona's caramel/banana creme brulee, but not this one. I'd love to be able to make it.
