Kona Cafe

We ate here a couple of weeks ago and the service was extremely slow. We were there for lunch and it wasn't very busy at all. This is the second time this has happened to us. Anyone else notice this while dining here?

Can't say we've noticed this. Kona is one of our favorite "spur of the moment" (we live very close to WDW) restaurants and always found the service to be adequate.

Could totally depend on the server or the kitchen. We've had bad service there before, they used to be really slow about making sushi, it's gotten better though.

We've had slow service last two times there. Not only food coming out, but drink refills, paying the check, etc - so clearly server issues, possibly complicated by kitchen issues. Has made us reconsider going here unless we're sure we've got time for a long meal.

We have always had good service up until we need the check. The server always disappears. It is so weird.

We only go breakfast, and been there many times. We have never experienced slow service, at least not during breakfast hours, but we also go when it opens at 7:30am.
