KONA CAFE- what about this for our wedding luncheon

Hello

Most of you know about my GFC drama.So I'm thinking about switching to Kona Cafe. This would be around 12 so how is the atmosphere?

The reason why I wanted to eat at GFC is because I wanted to take picture's at the GF before we ate lunch,so I figured we could go to the grand first,take picture's then go to lunch.

Anyway how is kona cafe for lunch?

I read about your drama. I don't know about Kona. While I LOVE the food there, the atmosphere is very casual. The edges of the restaurant are open to the walkways of the resort, seperated by a wrought iron railing.

If you are ok with a very casual environment, the food is great. The lunch menu is a little more casual than the dinner menu, more salads and sandwiches.

I agree, it's very casual - not as pretty and dressy as GFC. I haven't read your drama, I'm so sorry you're having issues!

The food is great, but the atmosphere is a coffee shop kinda atmosphere in a hotel lobby. That may not matter to you - but just so you won't be surprised.

I'm ok with casual..we just want to have a nice lunch and a good time and good food At this point I'll take anything over GFC lol.

I have to say when I saw the drink's and smootie's Kona has on the menu....I got super excited lol.It doesn't take much to make me happy lol.

But the food at lunch is very good and also they have excellent desserts at lunch time too! Any thing from Mickey Ice Cream Cones to Creme Brulee. Good Luck

I have to say,I'm really looking forward to eating here, the menu sound's very good

I haven't eaten there for lunch or read about your drama (booo!) but we had dinner there and it was one of the best dinners of the week. Casual, but GREAT! Hope you find a great place no matter where you decide!
