Kona Cafe question

I liked the sound of the Kona salad but don't like blue cheese. does anyone know if it's mixed with the salad fresh and can be omitted or is it a mix that can't be removed?

does anyone have a pic of it?

I dislike blue cheese as well, and YES they will leave the cheese out at your request! They have done this for me more than once in the past. Enjoy!
