Also we are staying at POP century... how hard is it to get to each by say 8am?

KONA - I have not been to WCC for breakfast, but I can still taste the Tonga Toast from Kona

I would choose Kona simply for the pineapple/macadamian nut pancakes. But that is just me.

If you are taking the bus I would be in line before 7am, to MK. That way you are on the first bus to the park. Then depending on which one you choose either take the monorail or the boat.

If you want a big & hearty breakfast with entertaining servers, go with WCC. Kona is REALLY good though....IMO you can't go wrong with either. Have fun!

I think I am going to have to with Kona b/c of the tonga toast and the pineapple/macadamian pancakes. My wife and I can share we both can have some of each.

So from Pop, to MK then MK to Poly either by boat or monorail. sounds like a plan.

Never been to WCC, but I love Kona for breakfast, (or any meal,) and it's very easy to get to from Pop, since the busses are running to MK that early for character meals, and the monorails are running that early too. Not sure how easy it would be to get to WL.
