Kona Cafe - New Menu???

Does Kona have a new menu? I saw a dining review with sushi dishes... not sure if they were appetizers or entrees but I am hoping to find out if they have changed their menu recently - the one on AllEars.net is from 08/08.

You may be referring to the Kona sushi bar which is new (see this thread.)

If that's what you mean, it is not exactly a new menu at Kona. The sushi bar has its own menu.

Nope, it is definitely at Kona Cafe, but it sounds like if the Kona Island is open and serving sushi, it is also offered at Kona Cafe. I would just love to see the menu so I'd know what was available and if there are any other changes to the menu.

I ate at Kona in late August, and it was the same menu at the previos year...sans the filet mignon, as I recall....Attached to it is the sushi bar, and options from there are available, but the terriyaki steak, mahi mahi, chicken, crab cakes, kona kone, were all on the dinner menu.

I was there last Wed night for dinner and the menu that they gave us did not have any sushi on it and everything they had on it is the same that is posted on All ears.

I have herd you can order sushi at Kona just ask for the menu from the sushi bar when you are seated.

When we where ordering appitizers in June, they said you also can have something off of the Sushi Menu, and he went and got a menu for my husband. He did order it, and he said it was great.
