Kona Cafe...how long?

Would a 7:40 reservation at Kona be ok to then watch the electrical parade at 9 and Wishes?

I'm thinking its cutting it too late but its the only one available.

Wishes, yes, but maybe not MSEP.

We had ressies at 6:40 Thursday night and were out by 8 with dessert and coffee, but we didn't have to travel back to MK.

Yes you can...find a nice little spot on the beach and enjoy the show

You can see Wishes from the Poly, the previous poster likely thought you were going to MK because you mentioned the electrical parade. The Main Street Electrical Parade takes place in MK right before wishes.

I'm betting you were talking about the Electrical Water Pageant that takes place in the Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay lake...you can watch it from the beaches at the Poly and then watch Wishes.

If that is the case, you might be cutting it close if your 'Ohana reservation is at 7:40pm.

IF you get seated at the same time as your ADR you'd probably be fine. When I went to Kona in May we were seated almost 25 mins after our check in which was about 10 mins prior to our ADR time.

Yes, sorry I should have been more clear. I was talking about the electrical water pageant! I don't know all the terms for these things! Sorry!

I think you will be OK to get to the beach by 9:00. You can always get to Kona a little before the ADR time and check in. You may get seated earlier than 7:40. When you are done dining it is only a couple minute walk to the beach to view water pageant and Wishes.
