Kona Cafe ~ Breakfast

My family initially had plans (and ressies) to have dinner at Kona but had to make some changes to our schedule and had to cancel our dinner ressies. We are actually hoping to do a breakfast there instead. I'm trying to make a ressie online and it's saying that I can't do it.

So, I have 3 questions.

1.) Do I need ressies for breakfast at Kona (we're going from 4/13-4/23) or can we do a walk up?

2.) How do you make the ressie if the online system won't recognize it? Obviously there's a problem because I then tried to do a dinner one and it said the same thing, even though the ressies we did have were made online.

3.) How late into the morning does Kona serve breakfast?

. . . in fact, it is so popular that you might not get in
. . . walking-up can be attempted, but not always successful

. . . but, usually, if not available online, it is not available

. . . breakfast is 7:30am-11:30am

I just went to Disneys website to check and put in Kona, party of 3, breakfast and everyday had openings for your dates. I thought it seemed odd that Kona would be totally booked for breakfast. If I were you i'd go try again, good luck

Everytime that we have been to Kona Cafe for breakfast there have always been plenty of empty tables.

We were there in March 2010 when UG was rating dad as a 10 crowd and parks were closing. We had no trouble at all walking in and grabbing a table for 5 around 8:00.

thanks everyone! I think there was a minor kink with the system because it was saying that that reservation doesn't take reservations, not that none were available. I'm going to try again.

I have to call and cancel a CP reservation because it's not listed on our online ressie schedule for some reason so if I have to, I'll make a breakfast reservation then.
